class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Presentation<\/h2><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_1  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_dark\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>The project examines the dialectical relationship between the natural environment and the sociocultural environment in the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula during the Recent Prehistory, when the region was home to at least two archaic sociopolitical formations: one in the 3rd millennium BCE (The Copper Age) and another in the first half of the 1st millennium BCE BC (the Kingdom of Tartessus).<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The Hinojos Project's immediate areas of study are:<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">1)\tThe changes in the Atlantic coastline of the southwestern Iberian Peninsula during the Holocene and<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">2) The cultural manifestations in the southwestern quadrant of the Iberian Peninsula from the Neolithic period through to the Roman era.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">The research is based on the assumption that these manifestations and transformations were closely related to one another.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode
